Grand Oaks High School – Conroe Independent School District

With a 3,000-student capacity for grades 9-12, Grand Oaks High School epitomizes
the new, current learning environment. To meet the growing demand for CTE courses,
additional programs and laboratory spaces have been incorporated. While the visual
character of the three-story school is a direct reflection of a traditional collegiate feel,
learning spaces are interactive, multi-functional spaces facilitating a variety of learning
modes where digital devices and content are ubiquitous.

The first floor houses the administration offices, the Learning Commons, Performing
Arts Center, a Dining Commons, a centralized kitchen, Fine Arts, Physical Education,
Athletic, and related support spaces. A dedicated 9th grade area on the second floor
houses 900 students. All science lab spaces are on the third floor.
