A RENEWED LEGACY
Built in the 1920s as Tifton Junior High School and most recently a Pre-K center, this building has served Tift County students for nearly 100 years.
This renovation/modification project converted the facility into administrative space for the Tift County Board of Education, including offices, a board room, and a conference room. Work included insulating the roof, walls, and floors and installing new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. This project also involved installing new flooring, wall finishes, and acoustical ceiling panel systems, as well as selective door and window replacement. Exterior work included a new entrance stoop, new walkways, and landscaping.
